  Which cruise ships do you work with?
  Our customers sail with the Carnival Conquest, Carnival Sensation, Norwegian Dream, Royal Caribbean Grandeur of the Seas, and the Delta Queen Steam Ship.  All the named ships are only 5 minutes from our parking garage.  Please note, more ships will be added this year, if your ship does not appear on the list call us directly at (504) 561-9050 for more information.

  I will be staying at a hotel before the cruise, do you offer hotel parking?
  Yes, if you are staying at a hotel before your cruise we can hold your car throughout your stay.  For hotel parking we charge $20 for the first day, and $12 a day after that.  These rates include a free shuttle from the parking facility to your downtown hotel, a free shuttle from the hotel to the cruise terminal, and a free shuttle from the cruise terminal to the parking facility.

  Is the luggage transported separately?
  No, the luggage is transported in the same vehicle.  Once we arrive at the terminal, a porter will take your luggage to your cabin.

  Why do I have to make a reservation?
  We ask that you make a reservation so that we can ensure that we have enough vehicles and drivers available to provide a prompt service.

  When will I be charged?
  You will be charged upon arrival to the parking facility, when you arrive we ask that you pay in cash

  Do you keep my keys?
  No, we let you keep your own keys.

  Is the parking lot safe?
  Absolutely, the parking lot is locked at night with a high security fence.  We park all company vehicles at the lot and we have never had problems.

  Is the parking lot sheltered?
  Yes, you will not have to worry about your car being exposed to the elements.

  How far is the parking facility from the terminal?
  Our parking facility is only 5 minutes away from the cruise terminal.

  When should I come to park my car?
  You are free to arrive any time between 9am and 3pm, however, we recommend that you arrive between 11am and 1pm.  If you are planning on arriving before 1pm, you risk being held up at the terminal by passengers that are still disembarking.  If you are planning to arrive after 1pm, you will not be leaving much room for error in case you get lost.

  How do we find you when we get off the ship?
  When you get of the ship and pass through customs, you will give us a call to let us know you are ready to be picked up.  If we are not already there, we will be there within 15 minutes.  Once we arrive at the terminal we will be holding up a sign.  If we still can not find you, our driver will call your cell phone.  Just make sure your cell phone is charged!

  When you pick us up, do we have to wait for the vehicle to fill up before we head back to the parking facility?
  No, once we have loaded all the passengers that called us, we head straight to the parking facility.  Even if the vehicle is not full.

  What is your cancellation policy?
  As long as you call or email to let us know that you will not be coming we will not charge you anything. A $12 fee is charged for "no shows" that fail to cancel their reservation.
